Two public hearings will be conducted Wed., April 13, by the Hays Area Board of Zoning Appeals.

Dan Meyerhoff is requesting a variance to build a detached garage at 414 Autumn Lane, and Keith and Cindy Pfeifer are also requesting a variance to build a detached garage at 328 W. 33rd Street.

The BZA will also hear an update on the rewrite of the zoning and subdivision regulations–the Uniform Development Code (UDC).

The meeting starts at 8:15 a.m. tomorrow in Hays City Hall, 1507 Main.
