RAWLINS COUNTY – A Rawlins County man was injured in an accident just after 10p.m. on Sunday in Rawlins County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2002 Chevy Silverado driven by Robert James Diehl, 29, Herndon, was southbound on Kansas 117 three miles north of Herndon.
The pickup went left of center, crossed over into the east ditch, came back onto the roadway and rolled into the west ditch.
Diehl was transported to the hospital in Atwood.
He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
