After late-arriving early voting ballots caused some delay, advance voting for the Hays USD 489 bond election has begun, according to the district.

Voters can vote early at 718 Main through noon June 6.

From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. June 7, Hays city voters will poll at the American Legion at 1305 Canterbury.

District voters residing outside of city limits will poll at St. Nicholas of Myra Parish at 2901 E. 13th.

Voters will be considering a bond issue and sales tax question that would be used for a series of Hays USD 489 building improvements.
