You can’t hardly pickup a popular farm press magazine without seeing something about cover crops. Come hear what K-State Research and Extension has been doing to investigate the feasibility of cover crops in Kansas.
Topics of discussion will be – Cover Crop research for western Kansas; wheat, cover crop, sorghum and soybean rotation; cover crops effects on soil; and there will be time for your questions.
A free noon meal will be served on Tuesday, Feb. 28th at 12 noon. The program will start at 1:00 p.m. and should conclude by 4:00 p.m. It will be held at the Libenthal Catholic Church.
