LIBERAL – The Hays High girls’ golf team won their second tournament of the season. They shot a 177 and edged Garden City by one stroke at the Liberal Invitational at the Willow Tree Golf Course Thursday.

Katie Brungardt led the way with a four-over-par 40 and was the top individual medalist. Talyn Kleweno was two strokes back and finished fifth.
