
HARVEY COUNTY- The Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI), and the Harvey County Sheriff’s Office continue the investigation into the murder of the three individuals who were found Sunday evening in the 8600 block of North Spring Lake Road, in rural Harvey County.
On Tuesday, the Harvey County Sheriff released the names of the victims.
They are Travis Street, 33; Angela Graevs, 37, from the rural residence on North Springlake Road and Richard Prouty, 52, Newton, according to a social media report from Harvey County Sherriff. T. Walton.
Upon arriving at the scene, deputies discovered their bodies outside the residence. The preliminary investigation indicates that they died of gunshot wounds, according to a media release.
Also found at the residence was an 18-month-old child who was unharmed.
Family members are taking care of the toddler.
Investigators do feel this is a targeted event and the public is not in danger.
