FRANKLIN COUNTY – Law enforcement authorities in Franklin County are investigating a suspect for hunting and drug violations.

On Sunday, a Franklin County Kansas Game Warden responded to landowner’s complaint of a trespassing hunter, according to a social media report.

The suspect was hunting without permission from the landowner and was is facing additional charges include hunting without a hunting license, hunting deer without a deer permit, no hunter orange, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Authorities did not release the name of the suspect
