SHERMAN COUNTY –Two people were injured in an accident early Tuesday when the truck was blown off Interstate 70 just east of the U.S. 24 exit in Sherman County.

The passing lane of both east and westbound lanes were briefly blocked for crews to complete the cleanup, according to the Sherman County Sheriff’s Department.

The semi driver and passenger were transported to the hospital for treatment and released.

No additional details were available Tuesday.
