Victoria resident John P. Toth filed Wednesday for a position on the Victoria city council.

There are three city council seats open as well as that of Victoria mayor. There are also three seats open on the Victoria USD 432 school board.

Filing deadline is Thu., June 1, at 12 noon in the Ellis County Clerk’s office, 718 Main, Hays.
