The distribution day for Backpacks for Kids for those who have registered will be Thursday, Aug. 3 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Hays Armory.

For those who have not registered, there will be a distribution on Friday, Aug. 4, from 8 to noon at the armory.

The program is administered by First Call for Help of Ellis County.
