Prairie View resident Twila D. Runnion passed away Monday, October 30, 2017 at the Phillips County Hospital, Phillipsburg, at the age of 73.

She was born September 18, 1944 in Phillips County, Kansas the daughter of Harold W. & Mary Bell (Norton) Stapel.

She was united in marriage to Stanley Runnion on April 12, 1964 in Phillipsburg. He survives.

Other survivors include her son, Stoney Runnion & wife, Jill of Bennington, KS; 2 grandchildren; and 2 brothers, Larry & Garry Stapel, both of Phillipsburg.

Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 8, 2017 in the Prairie View Community Center, Prairie View, KS, with Pastor Joel Hiesterman officiating. A private inurnment will be held in the Prairie View Cemetery.

Friends may sign the book at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, November 7, 2017.
