
RENO COUNTY — Law enforcement authorities are investigating two suspects on drug distribution after a weekend arrest.
Just before 1:30 a.m. Saturday police went to a home in the 600 Block of West 6th Street in Hutchinson.
Officers reported seeing 42-year-old Tery L. Builta leaving out the back door. She was in possession of a white purse which reportedly contained some drugs.
Inside the residence, Police say they found 11-grams of methamphetamine, a digital scale, a number of prescription drugs and some pipes used to smoke drugs.
Officers arrested Builta for alleged distribution of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, possession of personal use drug paraphernalia, no tax stamp and possession of marijuana. Police apparently found a seller’s quantity of drugs. She is being held j with a bond of $69,500.
They also arrested Trevor Hover, 22, Hutchinson, who is listed an absconder following release from prison after 6 convictions that include theft, criminal damage and drugs.
He is being held on a $54,000 bond for felony interference with law enforcement failure to appear, direct contempt of court and a probation violation.
In court on Monday, he was read a new complaint filed against him for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia for a case on Oct. 25. He is also awaiting sentencing for a number of other cases also involving drugs.
