Cupcake franchise Smallcakes is set to open its Hays location later this month, the business announced on its Facebook page.

Ashley Stroup and David Hart of Great Bend are co-owners in the venture and opened another franchise in Great Bend in February. The duo announced their move to Tebo Village in Hays in July.
