CITY OF HAYS

The Hays Area Planning Commission will meet Monday, Nov. 20 at 6:30 p.m. in Commission Chambers at City Hall, 1507 Main.

Agenda items include a rezoning request for a tract of land located in the SE/4 of Section 21-T13S-R18W of the 6th Principal Meridian at West 48th Street to change the zoning classification from “A-L” Agriculture to “C-2” Commercial General District (30.89 acres) (Case #17-02Z).

The Planning Commission will also consider accepting the preliminary plat of the Ottley Addition on a tract of land in the S/2 of Section 21-T13S-R18W of the 6th p.m. consisting of 63.32 acres. (Case # 17-01P)
