Hays firefighters responded to a mobile home fire just before 5 p.m. Tuesday.

A man told 911 dispatch he saw smoke coming from underneath of his trailer at 2300 E. Seventh, Lot 16 in the Countryside Estates mobile home park.

The fire was quickly extinguished, according to scanner reports.
