The Hays High baseball team will be the No. 2 seed for the 5A state baseball tournament and open with Stillwell-Blue Valley (15-7) in the state quarterfinals next Friday at 4pm. Topeka-Seaman (20-2) is the No. 1 seed.

The 5A state tournament is May 25-26 at Eck Stadium on the Wichita State University campus.
