Loren E. Dillon, 79, passed away June 3, 2018 at St. Frances Hospital in Wichita,Ks. He was born on Dec. 3rd 1938 in Webster, Ks.

Loren will be forever remembered by his wife Sharron Ross Dillon, daughters Kellie Leiker (Larry) and Kimberly Loibl (Glenn) and four grandchildren, Brandi Wise, Brandt Wise (Stephanie), Brad Leiker (Ashley) and BreAnne Leiker (Freddy).

Sister Patricia Herl (Dan) brother Mitchell Dillon (Sherene) 7 great-grandchildren many nieces & nephews and one maternal Aunt, Alice Bowens of Palco, Ks.

Preceded in death by his parents, Austin and Edith Dillon, sisters Marilyn Dillon and Pamela Dillon-Werth (Andy).

Loren served in the Army for 2 years, then loved his work in the Oil field as Operations Manager with Great Guns and Distirct Manager with Welex (a division of Halliburton) for over 30 years.

In his retirement Loren worked at Richie Sand, Durham & First Student School Services and enjoyed the children so very much.

Loren was ‘ONE OF A KIND’ and will be missed greatly. We LOVE YOU DAD!

The Celebration of Loren’s life will be Sunday October 7th, 2018, 3:00pm at the VFW 2106 Vine St. Hays, KS.
