Multiple charges were brought over the weekend against a 21 year old former Hays man.  Justin Joe Berry of Olathe, Kansas was arrested and charged with Possession of opiates/opium/narc drug and certain stimulants; Failure to appear and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  A separate incident indicates Berry was also charged with Criminal deprivation of property. Berry was arrested Saturday, June 23rd in the 2800 block of Grant Avenue.

Other Alcohol & Drug related arrests over the past few days:

Driving Under The Influence, 1st conviction charges were filed against 32 year old Cari Denis Davis of Hays. She was arrested and charged June 21st in the 400 block of West 7th Street.

41 year old Corina Faye Williams was arrested in the 2700 block of North Hall and charged with Possession of opiates/opium/narc drug and certain stimulants; Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Her arrest occurred June 22nd.

Transporting an open container charges were filed against 27 year old Carlos Mendez and Hugo Colmenero-Garcia who were both arrested June 23rd in the 1100 block of East 13th Street.

37 year old Charles Ray Nichols was arrested on June 24th and charged with Possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs. His arrest took place in the 700 block of Park Street.
