Keith Allen Stoppel, 51, of Russell, Kansas, died on Friday, August 16, 2019, at the Russell Regional Hospital in Russell, Kansas.

A celebration of the funeral mass will be held at 10 AM on Thursday, August 22, 2019, at St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church in Russell, Kansas with Father Daniel Scheetz officiating. Cremation has been selected by the family and inurnment of the cremains will take place immediately following the mass at the Russell City Cemetery in Russell, Kansas. Visitation will be from 9 AM to 8 PM on Wednesday, August 21, 2019, at the mortuary, with family greeting guests from 6 PM to 8 PM Wednesday evening at the mortuary. Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary of Russell, Kansas is in charge of the funeral service arrangements.
