Theft: The Hays Police Department investigated a report of a theft in the 2500 block of Vine Street Monday evening. The alleged theft occurred between 5:00 and 5:20 PM.
Vehicle Accident: Officers responded to three reports of motor vehicle accidents throughout the day Monday. The first was reported in the 1200 block of Oak Street just before 8:40 Monday morning. The second was an accident involving private property reported in the 300 block of West 13th Street at 9:30. The final report was a hit and run in the 1900 block of Vine Street. The alleged hit and run accident occurred between 1:00 and 5:00 Monday afternoon.
Civil Dispute: The Hays PD received a report of an alleged civil dispute in the 1900 block of Whittier Road Monday afternoon at 12:19pm.
Drug Offenses: Hays Police Officers: Investigated a drug related offense in the 200 block of East 10th Street Tuesday afternoon just after 2:00.
