A Salina man and two Hays men were arrested following a brawl early Friday morning in the 700 block of West 12th in Hays.  According to a report from the Hays Police Department,  all three were arrested for disorderly conduct, brawling or fighting STAT, and taken to the Ellis County Jail.   Those arrested included 24-year-old Rodrick Cornelle Emanuel of Salina;  24-year-old Trevor Ryan Ottley of Hays and 44-year-old Cory Wayne Crockett of Hays.  Those arrests occurred around 2:12 Friday morning.

Police also arrested 22-year-old Kyle Colton Clarke and charged him with Aggravated battery; Intentional bodily harm with a deadly weapon: STAT, Disorderly Conduct.  Clarke was arrested around 2am Sunday morning in the 400 block of East 8th.

A Plainville man was also arrested over the weekend.   23-year-old Brandon Thomas Finnesy around 3pm Saturday afternoon in the 4100 block of Vine Street.  Charges included Battery of LEO: State correctional officer: STAT.

Police also brought charges last Thursday to a 28-year-old Hays man.  Andrew Sanchez Cervantes was charged with Aggravated battery; Intentional great bodily harm or disfigurement: STAT.  Cervantes was arrested early Thursday afternoon in the 500 block of East 8th.
