More Seasonal Today, Warmer Temps Back Tomorrow

Very warm temperatures return to southwest and south central Kansas on Tuesday and Wednesday with highs in the mid to upper 80s.

These temperatures will be from 15 to 20 degrees above normal. A strong cold front will then plunge across the region on Wednesday night with a slight chance for some thunderstorms. Much cooler temperatures follow into the weekend.

There is also a possibility of a freeze for much of western Kansas this weekend.
