Local Students to Make Musical Tour With FHSU’s Fort Hays Singers

Local students who are members of the Fort Hays Singers of Fort Hays State University will travel with the group on a musical tour through eastern and southeastern Kansas and into Missouri for 14 performances in five days from Nov. 16 to Nov. 20.

The choir is directed by Dr. Terry Crull, assistant professor of music and theatre. The tour will visit high schools in Topeka; Osage City; Garnett; Douglass; Wichita; Pratt; Great Bend; Gypsum; and Wichita State University. The choir will also sing in Missouri churches in Branson, Blue Eye, and Carthage and at the Moon River Theater and Dixie Stampede in Branson, Mo.

Fort Hays Singers are listed by hometown and classification. Students’ hometown ZIP codes are included for the benefit of those papers that use them to guide placement.
