The Hays Police Department conducted four traffic stops and received four animal calls on Monday, according to the Hays Police Activity Log.
Driving under the influence: Hays Police officers conducted one driving under the influence stop on Monday. The stop occurred in the 600 block of East 17th Street at 2:52 Sunday morning.
Motor Vehicle Accident: Officers responded to two motor vehicle accidents on Monday morning. The first accident was reported at 33rd and Fort at 7:50 a.m. The second accident was reported in the 2400 block of Oak Street at 7:53 a.m.
Civil Dispute: The Hays Police Department investigated four civil dispute related incidents on Monday. The first civil dispute was reported in connection with a report of an abandoned vehicle in the 3600 block of Vine Street. Another civil dispute was reported, in connection with a theft report in the 2900 block of Hillcrest Drive at 11:19 a.m.
Burglary: The Hays PD responded to a report of a vehicle burglary in the 1200 block of Main Street on Monday afternoon. The alleged burglary occurred between 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Water Use Violation: There was one water use violation reported to the Hays Police Department on Monday. The alleged violation was reported in the 1300 block of Agnes Drive at 3:23 Monday afternoon.
