Theft: The Hays Police Department conducted three theft reports on Thursday. The first theft was reported in the 1700 block of Golden Belt Drive. The alleged theft occurred between 7:00 p.m. Wednesday and 6:00 a.m. Wednesday. The second theft was reported at 4:21 Thursday afternoon in the 1300 block of East 21st Street. The final theft was a report of shoplifting in the 4300 block of Vine Street at 5:50 Thursday evening.
Drug Offenses: Officers investigate one drug related offense on Thursday. The alleged incident occurred in the 200 block of East 27th Street at 6:22 p.m.
Suspicious Activity: Police Officers responded to the 1600 block of East 27th Street, at 2:47 p.m. for the report of a noise disturbance and a suspicious activity.
Driving Under the Influence: The Hays Police Department conducted one driving under the influence stop on Thursday. The alleged stop was conducted in the 700 block of Park Street at 11:21 p.m.
Motor Vehicle Accident: The Hays PD responded to three motor vehicle accidents on Thursday. The first accident, involving private property, was reported in the 3300 block of Hall Street at 10:21 a.m. Officers investigated one hit and run accident reported on Thursday afternoon. The alleged accident was reported at 13th and Fort Street at 3:20 p.m.
