Schools need money. Bond Issues are apparently the answer. USD 489 in Hays is seeking a Bond Issue. In Ellis, voters will decide whether or not to approve a $10 million dollar bond issue for USD 388. Superintendent Bob Young told the Eagle Community Television Forum that the money would pay off HVAC improvements, renovation work and some additional construction.  He visits with Gary Shorman on the Forum this week following the Local News at 6 and 10 p.m. on Eagle Community Television Channel 14.
