Senator Jerry Moran made an appearance on Fox news during the noon hour today. He was interviewed about the budget battle in Congress and criticized the President’s budget proposals and lack of budget proposals.   The Senate is poised to pass the first budget in 3 years this week. Sunday marked 1,412 days since the last Senate budget resolution was passed.
