Celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day today at the Hays Public Library. The famous McPherson Bagpipe Band will perform at 2 p.m. in the library’s main floor gallery.

The band features 3 bagpipes and 2 drummers. They play Celtic style music. The event is free and open to everyone.
