According to a new survey, Thirty-one percent (31%) of adult consumers say the U.S. economy is getting better these days, while 39% say it’s getting worse.

The Rasmussen Consumer Index, which measures consumer confidence on a daily basis, dipped two points on Wednesday to 98.0. Consumer confidence is up two points from a week ago and three points from a month ago. The consumer index shows little change from three months ago.
