After 32 years with the Hays Police Department, Investigator Bill Lovewell retires on Friday. Fellow officers are recognizing him during a noon luncheon today. All Hays Police Department retirees are invited. This afternoon from 2-4 p.m. there is reception in his honor in the EOC room of the Law Enforcement Center.  He will tell more of his career story on the Eagle Community Television Forum next month.
