ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (AP) – The AFC West champion Kansas City Chiefs had a crash course in the NFL during their three weeks of training camp.
Besides the basics, the team also learned things like how to come out of the tunnel for pregame warm-ups, how to find the plane for charter flights, how to dress in public settings and how to act in the team hotel.
The Chiefs are preparing for Friday night’s preseason game at Baltimore, the team that handily bounced them out of the playoffs last season. Coach Todd Haley says he is content with the work they’ve done at camp so far.
