Commissioners heard a presentation on planned renovations for the offices at 601 Main Street, where a new entrance is needed, there are water drainage issues, and lighting and parking problems. There was no vote on project.

Commissioners heard a request to pave a portion of the fair ground parking lot. It was approved.

Mike Graf presented the public works report. The report included information about National Work Zone Awareness Week, the road and Brige Prioritization Project, KDOT Federal Funds Distribution, and a Road & Bridge Bond Issue.

A Southern Star Pipeline Easement Request consideration request was tabled.

A final report on the Ellis County Shooting Range Clean-up was also presented.
