Simple Home Modifications for Aging in Place

K-State Research and Extension           The Ellis County Extension Office will offer the free educational program “Simple Home Modifications for Aging in Place” on Wednesday, April 17 at 12:00 noon at the Extension Office Meeting Room, 601 Main Street in Hays.
Aging in place means remaining in one’s home safely, independently and comfortably, with the ability to enjoy a familiar living environment throughout the maturing years.  This program will feature simple, cost-effective changes that can be made to allow people to live longer in their own homes in safety and comfort.
The guest speaker will be Kathy Lupfer-Nielson, Post Rock Extension District Agent.  A minimum attendance is required, so pre-registration is important.
Bring a lunch to enjoy during the program if desired.  RSVP to the Extension Office by Monday, April 15 at 785-628-9430 or [email protected]
