Members of the Fort Hays State softball team presented fourth graders at Wilson Elementary School with school supplies on Monday.

The team provided the students with several supplies, including backpacks, spiral notebooks and writing utensils, to help them get the new school year started.

This community service was made possible by the efforts of the Fort Hays State track and field team, who organized the donations and provided information to the athletic programs at FHSU.
