The Kansas Highway Patrol is investigating a Sunday accident where two people were ejected from the car.

According to the KHP, twenty year old Robert Simoneau was driving a 2004 Hyundai Tiburon south bound on K27, north of Goodland. The vehicle was swerving all over the roadway. He lost control of the vehicle and it went into the west ditch and rolled 2.5 times coming to rest on its top. Ericka Southerland, 23, of Bethune, Colorado and 27-year-old Eduardo Palma-Chimal of Goodland were ejected from the vehicle. They were not wearing safety belts.
