215 E 7th St – Brothers Properties LLC & Hadley Redevelopment LLC request a 24 foot variance to reduce the east front yard building setback from the required 35 feet to 11 feet & request a 26 1/2 foot variance to reduce the south front yard building setback from the required 35 feet to 8 1/2 feet to construct a commercial storage building.
