According to a release from the Hays Police Department, “On May 2, 2013 at 8:12 p.m. the Hays Police Department received a delayed report of a sexual assault. The victim reported being approached on the street by two (2) suspects while in the 500 Block of East 5th, Hays, KS. The victim said this incident occurred 2 weeks earlier on April 17, 2013 in the early morning hours. The victim was only able to provide a vague description of the suspects.

The first suspect is described as being a white male. This suspect was estimated to be in his early 30’s to late 30’s. The suspect is reported to be of average height and had a medium to large build.

The second suspect is described as being a Hispanic male. This suspect is reported to be in his late 20’s to early 30’s. The suspect is of average height and had a thin to medium build.
