Hays Police are investigating the theft of  miscelaneous tools stolen out of a vehicle in the 1500 blk Milner reported on Monday evening.

Police were also called to a report of theft of items from a car in the 3400 block of Vine on Tuesday night.

Authorities remind the public to please lock your vehicle while you are away.
