Fort Hays State University’s annual Spring Convocation will mark the close of the academic year at 3:30 p.m. today in the Black and Gold Room in the Memorial Union on the FHSU campus.

President Edward H. Hammond will deliver the State of the University address, which will follow the annual report from the president of the Faculty Senate, Dr. Emily Breit, assistant professor of economics, finance and accounting; the annual meeting of the Graduate Faculty; and the annual report from the dean of Graduate Studies, Dr. Tim Crowley.

Spring 2013 faculty award recipients will also be recognized.
