Railroad  repairs are underway and will impact drivers in the city of Ellis.  The railroad crossing at WASHINGTON STREET WILL REMAIN OPEN.   The railroad crossings at Cottonwood and Dorrance St. will be CLOSED through possibly Friday or as soon as Union Pacific finishes the work.
