Witness testimony gets underway today in the Brett Seacat murder trial. The former law enforcement officer is accused of killing his wife in 2011 and setting their home on fire. The jury heard opening statements on Wednesday.  Prosecutors say Seacat shot his wife two weeks after she filed for divorce. The Defense told jurors that Vashti Seacat started the trial herself and then committed suicide. The trial is expected to last three weeks.
