The Governing Body of the City of Russell will hold a Special Council Meeting at the City Building June 4 at 4:30 p.m.; the object and purpose of said meeting being the following:

1) Discuss Ordinance 1594 in regards to the sale and discharge of fireworks in the city limits and consider restrictions in the sale and discharge of fireworks
