Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC) will host a town hall meetings on Tuesday in Hays to help cities and counties develop moderate income housing and infrastructure in rural areas. The initiative, now in its second year, is called the Moderate Income Housing (MIH) Program and was developed in response to the increased need for higher-income workforce housing throughout Kansas.
Citizens who want to learn more about the MIH program or have questions about a 2013 RFP should attend this meeting at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 11 at the Ellis County Coalition for Economic Development, 2700 Vine Street in Hays.
