A 46 year old Russell Man was injured in a motorcycle accident on Tuesday Night. According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, “Roger B. Schmidt was fleeing from a Concordia police unit half of a mile West of highway K-9 on Noble Road and four miles west of Concordia

Schmidt crossed highway K-9 onto a dirt road and crashed. He was taken to Cloud County Health Center. He was not wearing a helmet.
