Theft: The Hays PD investigated three thefts Wednesday
- 10:50 a.m. – Theft of Services was reported in the 300 block of East 24th Street
- 11:43 > 11:53 a.m. – General Theft was reported in the 3300 block of Vine Street
- 5:21 p.m. – General Theft was reported in the 4300 block of Vine Street
Driving Under the Influence: Officers conducted two DUI stops
- 2:19 a.m. – Driving Under the Influence was reported in the 100 block of East 27th Street
- 11:43 p.m. – Driving Under the Influence was reported in the 500 block of East 8th Street
Domestic Disturbance: Police Officers responded to a Domestic Disturbance
- 2:33 > 3:14 a.m. – Domestic Disturbance was reported in the 1700 block of Macarthur Road
Criminal Damage to Property: Officers investigated on report of damage to property

Water Use Violation: There were four water violation reports Wednesday
