The  man who  escaped Sunday from minimum-security custody at the Norton Correctional Facility-East Unit in Stockton has been captured in Missouri.

Kansas and Missouri officials confirm apprehension of escapee Christopher John Anderson as of 6:15 a.m. Tuesday.  Anderson is in the Bates County jail and will be returned to custody of the Kansas Department of Corrections.  He faces charges of aggravated escape from custody, burglary and theft.
