FORT HOOD, Texas (AP) — A March trial date has been set for the Army psychiatrist charged in the deadly 2009 rampage at Fort Hood in Texas.
Maj. Nidal Hasan didn’t enter a plea during today’s arraignment. He’s charged with 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted murder.
He told a judge today that he had released his civilian lawyer, and will be represented by three military lawyers.
