The past reports, studies and other information collected for the City ofHayson options for water resources has been compiled and summarized. City Manager Toby Dougherty says in looking at water usage, conservation has had a major impact.

Dougherty says the city currently has two viable options,WilsonLakeand the R-9 ranch. Public Wholesale Water Supply District Number 15 board members will meet with the Russell and Hays city commissions next month and then formulate a recommendation.
