First District Congressman Tim Huelskamp this week presented an amendment to the Interior Department appropriations bill. Huelskamp says funding for the Environmental Protection Agency should be cut $1.9 billion.

Huelskamp’s amendment also would zero out funding for endowment programs for the arts and the humanities, as well as, eliminating National Heritage Area grant funding.
