Cody Wilkens from Maryland, due to an area power outage had no power in his home or in his phone.  So he took his cellphone on a burglary job so he could charge it.  Unfortunately for Cody he left the phone plugged into the wall before jumping out a second-floor window when the resident of the home he was robbing came home.  Wilkins was sentenced to 26 and a half years in prison for his string of recent burglaries.
